Satsang

The Sanskrit word satsang means “gathering in truth.” It is an opportunity to come together in spiritual community and explore the questions at the heart of being human: Who am I? Why do we suffer? What does it mean to awaken? Each gathering includes spiritual teaching, guided meditation, open conversation, and audience Q&A. Satsang is not about accepting a particular doctrine or belief system. It is an invitation to look within, question what we think we know, and discover what is true through our own direct experience.
